CANCELLATION POLICY

1.    For Canceling Orders, the items that are eligible for return may be canceled. For more information about item eligibility, please see our Return Policy. Orders may be canceled as follows:

2.   Any order made with shipping option that will be shipped to the Customer :

 Order can be canceled any time before the shipping process has started. Once the shipping process started order can not be cancelled.

3.   In-store Pickup: Orders for in-store pickup may be canceled at any time. Any items eligible for return that remain unclaimed for 3 days will be restocked, and a refund will be provided to the Customer. 

To cancel an order that will be shipped or picked up in-store

4.   Scheduled Home Delivery: Orders for items that require scheduled home delivery may be canceled 6 hours before the scheduled delivery time. 
To cancel an order that is scheduled for home delivery

5.   Parcel Delivery: Parcel delivery request can be cancelled before the request is accepted by one of delivery partners.

6. Ride sharing and Rental Booking: For ride sharing and rental booking, there are various situations may arise for cancelation. There is cost associated with cancelation as per situation on which the cancelation is made. Generally, the cancelation can be made before starting of ride.
