The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:

Devices Computer laptops, desktops, and Kindles more than 7 days after delivery.
Digital Downloadable software products
Open software Online subscriptions after you accessed them
Cards Gift cards (except as required by law) Prepaid game cards (for example, World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points)
Blinkpick Bulk Liquidations Store Items purchased through Blinkpick Bulk Liquidations Store are final sale and not returnable
Final Sale Discounted items that are marked as "Final Sale" Collectibles such as Trading Card games and Funko Pop figures and accessories
Others Any product from which you remove the serial number or UPC
Blinkpick Fresh and Grocery Products, for example food and pet food products
Live insects and animals
Some jewelry orders
Some health and personal care orders such as toothpaste or breast pumps
Customized products
Automobiles and any other items which stores on blinkpick marked as not returnable.
You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instructions:
Return Process
If the items are eligible for retun you can proceed for retun from your Dashboard.
> Go to dashboard > Click on retun buton > Wait for store or Admin to approve the return > Pack for return > Return the product to store by one of the delivery method mentioed in purchase condition. > Return cost depens on store by store. The cost may be either pay by store or customer. See before buy the product.
REFUND POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:
Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
Aside from these conditions there are products that can be returned but are not refundable as stated in the following:
EXCHANGE POLICY
Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variant, provided that such variant is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for items within 7 days. Exchanges exceeding 7 days will not be processed.
In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that the following conditions are met:
Product must be returned in its original packaging
You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.
Your exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.
You are given the rights to exchange the item, Once. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.
Unfortunately, products that were marked as a gift when purchased are not allowed to be Returned or Exchanged.
You will be updated on your Return Status through EMAIL, PHONE, and SMS provided that all contact information was provided.
